About this app

NREMT Exam Prep & Practice is an independent educational app from Rappasoft, LLC. It does not require a Rappasoft account and is not affiliated with the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. It is for studying, not patient-care decisions. Do not enter patient information in your notes or support messages.

Study data on your device

The app stores downloaded questions and flashcards, your selected certification level, study goals and exam date, answers and exam history, saved questions, review schedules, personal notes, and free-exam allowance locally. The app does not upload your study answers or notes to Rappasoft or RevenueCat. It does not provide an account-based study-data sync service. Device backups may include app data depending on your device and backup settings.

Study-content downloads

The app requests study content from Rappasoft's Pocket Protocols API. These requests include standard connection information such as IP address, requested endpoint, time, and app/client headers. Our hosting and security providers may process request logs to deliver the service, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse. These requests do not include your personal study notes or answer history.

Purchases and restoration

Apple or Google Play processes the one-time Full Access purchase for its platform. We do not receive your payment-card details. RevenueCat helps verify transactions, restore access, handle refunds, and provide purchase analytics. It processes purchase and entitlement information, transaction identifiers, a randomly generated anonymous app-user identifier, and technical information needed to provide the service. We do not supply RevenueCat with your name, email, personal study notes, or an advertising identifier.

Purchase restoration uses the same Apple Account or Google Account used to buy on that store; it does not restore local study history or automatically transfer purchases between platforms. Apple, Google and RevenueCat operate their services under their respective Apple privacy policy , Google privacy policy, and RevenueCat privacy policy.

External resources and support

Official exam resources and explanation links open third-party websites in an in-app browser. Those websites receive normal browser requests and apply their own privacy policies. When you submit an in-app question report, we receive the question identifier, your issue description, the source app, and any optional reply email you provide. Reports are stored in the Pocket Protocols backend for staff review and may be emailed to our support team. Do not include patient information. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever message or attachments you send so we can respond.

Advertising and sharing

The app contains no advertising SDK and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising. We do not sell your study data. We share information with service providers as described above and may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect the service. Service providers may process information outside your country.

Retention and your choices

Local data remains until removed through the app's available controls or by deleting the app's data. Offloading the app may preserve its data; backups are managed separately through your device platform. Purchase records are retained as needed to provide and restore access, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Deleting the app does not cancel or refund a purchase or automatically erase service-provider records.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us by contacting [email protected]. Please identify the app and relevant support correspondence or transaction without sending passwords or payment-card details. Some records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.
